Chef Wendy Galeana has been cooking for travelers across Puerto Vallarta, Punta Mita, and Sayulita since 2005. Her kitchen is rooted in the regional cuisine of Guerrero — slow barbacoa, hand-ground salsas, recipes passed down through family — paired with the seafood this bay is famous for.
From an intimate dinner for two to a boutique wedding, Wendy and her team handle everything: the menu, the groceries, the cooking, the service, and a spotless kitchen when the night ends. You just sit down and enjoy.
